June 26 & 27, 2009 [A National Qualifying Event]
Ann and Philip Carter competed in Baton Rouge. Most of their heats were large enough to be semi-final rounds and none were uncontested. They had the following placements:

Senior II  Bronze Rhythm -- 6th
Senior III Bronze Rhythm -- 3rd
Senior III Bronze Smooth -- 5th
Senior II  Silver Rhythm -- 4th
Senior III Silver Rhythm -- 3rd
Senior II  Silver Smooth -- 6th
Senior III Silver Smooth -- 5th
