| The Legal Stuff -- *Dancing is physically demanding. By participating in any activities sponsored or advocated by Dance Dimensions, Dancers are expected to know and observe any physical limitations that they might have. Furthermore, Dancers understand and acknowledge that Dance Dimensions, its owners and staff, cannot be held liable for any injuries sustained as a result of participating in any such activities, i.e. Dancers assume any risks, known or unknown, associated with engaging in Dancesport. *While all activities and classes at Dance Dimensions are open to the public, the ownership does reserve the right to refuse admission and/or service to anyone. *Dance Dimensions is committed to providing a safe and wholesome atmosphere for its students, staff and patrons. Accordingly, anyone that appears to be impaired and/or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. or exhibiting disruptive, dangerous or threatening behavior, or whose dress or appearance is deemed inappropriate for a public place, or who brings weapons or other dangerous implements upon the premises may be asked to leave. |
