How to dance at home?

Dancing through each movement reflects the state of mind of the person, it can be used without words to convey all your feelings partners, so do not stay away from this exciting activity, if it irresistibly attracts you to yourself. In addition, regular attendance of dance classes helps to maintain the tone of the whole body, have a beautiful figure and improve their health.

If you have long wanted to enroll in a dance school, but lack of free time prevents to do it, do not worry! Start self-training dance moves at home. Simple tips below will help you do that:

To start, choose a place for regular training. Ideal will be a spacious bright room with plenty of free space. Performing many dance moves requires a decent amount of space freed from unnecessary movements.
Do not try to learn all the movements at once, be patient and teach them gradually.
Talk to your friends, maybe some of them also want to learn to dance. Start practicing with him, so you will significantly increase the effectiveness of training and do not get bored.
Gradually move from the development of specific movements to the production of full numbers and show them to your friends and acquaintances. This kind of lessons will be very useful in the process of preparation for competitions.
Always spend before training warm-up, it will help to prepare the muscles for classes.
If the first time complex movements do not obey you, do not be upset. Better be patient and continue training, then be sure to take this “top”.
Clothes for dancing should be sufficiently free, not restraining movements. Many dance “PA” require jumps, turns and other active actions, so your clothes should be as comfortable as possible.
Do not forget that classes should be regular and held at the same time. In addition, the training period should also be the same. This helps to develop a certain habit of the body, facilitating the learning process.
Remember that dance classes include several parts. The first of them is a warm-up, warming up your muscles. For this part of the lesson, pick up energetic music and rhythmically move to it. This will help to create an appropriate mood for the main part of the training process.

The second stage is the main one. In the first half, carry out the consolidation of previously studied movements, not forgetting, at the same time, about the technique and the correct posture. The main focus is on the movement, the correct implementation of which is given to you with difficulty. This will allow to work out the necessary equipment and facilitate the final consolidation of the studied material. This part of the lesson takes 10-15 minutes. The rest of the class is devoted to the study of new movements, giving each of them 3-5 minutes. Follow them slowly, quietly, without ignoring even the smallest nuances.

During the final stage, relax and restore breathing, measured dancing to slow music. Thus, you will relieve muscle tension and correctly restore the heart rate.

Regular classes with your favorite dances will charge you with positive emotions and good mood, which you will share with the people around you with great pleasure.
