Often, however, training can be detected using the compositions from several levels. What is the uniqueness of Zumba-fitness and how are the trainings? Zumba fitness is a great cardio workout for those who want to become slim, model their body or just keep in shape. The whole secret of the technique is that, despite the simple dance, in fact, Zumba fitness training consists of a special set of exercises that are developed by experts for all major muscle groups. With multiple repetition of each movement, there is a qualitative load on the muscles, a powerful training of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Classes significantly increase the level of endurance of the whole body. All movements are first studied in turn — the coach must ensure that the elements are performed correctly, only then the load will be distributed correctly. After that all participants of training start the most interesting part of Zumba-fitness — to music. From the outside, you might think that this is just a dance lesson, but the set of movements gives an amazing result. The training consists of 4 blocks, each of which becomes more complicated over time, so that the muscles constantly feel the need to develop: 1 block — muscle heating and stretching. Here is an easy warm-up and a few minutes of stretching so that the muscles warmed up later and no problems with sudden movements and jumps. 2 block — learning new dance elements. This block repeats the old pas and, as a rule, new ones are studied on their basis. The trainer checks that all elements were carried out correctly. 3 block — dance part of the training. The most active and interesting — all moving to the music. Unit 4 — relaxation of muscles. After a strong load on the entire body you need to gradually return to a normal rhythm of work of the bodies. Often at this stage a few minutes is given to stretching. The total training time — from 1 hour, and the dance block should be at least 50% of the total training time. There are a number of contraindications for Zumba fitness. In particular, it is necessary to consult with your doctor if you have a disease of the bones, joints, nervous system or heart, if you are undergoing rehabilitation after injury or if you have high blood pressure. How can you lose weight thanks to Zumba fitness? It is worth considering that Zumba fitness is a workout that is based on dance movements, and on it, like all other similar activities, improves overall health and burn calories. But the main secret is that during Zumba fitness we notice less stress on any muscle group, as there is a gradual distribution: while some muscles are tense, others relax. However, much depends on how much effort you put yourself during each movement and how well you perform the exercise. So do not be lazy to raise legs higher to make deeper thrusts and bending down below. And you should remember that during training really burns a lot of calories. But this does not mean that it is necessary to fill most of them with something sweet or fatty.
